stox,"As a major holder of CTs can I take the trustee to court to seek apportionment of the NOLs for my CTs ASAP? I am planning of starting a major PE firm/real estate company and since Lehman was owning/managing many real estate properties, Can I then 'merge' the NOLs that I may get for my CTs into my company?"

Is there any chance of other 'major holders' of CT's being useful to your PE endeaver?
