#56091 RE: janice shell #55928

janice shell, actually with BLDV & Josh Alper...

Josh Alper, the CEO of BLDV, is not stupid. Actually, he is very smart.

Actually, Josh was made aware of the TJ Management situation before he made the decision to sign to take control over BLDV. He felt that with all of the huge things that he and his TEAM have going on, BLDV could transform into something huge and that such would not be an issue which is why he took control over BLDV as confirmed in the post below:

** BLDV can still move forward with the needed corporate actions of which they need to move forward with to grow the company.

** FINRA approvals are not required for BLDV to move forward growing the company.

** Take for an example the corporate action today of adding two Directors to his TEAM. They do not need FINRA approval to add Directors to the company.

** They do not need FINRA approval to complete acquisitions for the company.

** FINRA does not get involved with such with any companies on such matters.

** Please, it should not be insinuated that they can't move forward with corporate actions because they can.

I explained why FINRA denied their corporate action of a reverse split and how such was a blessing in disguise since they felt it better to cancel the reverse split as explained in the links below:

I think most of the market is appreciating Josh Alper for stepping in to transform the unbelievable into the believable here by taking control over BLDV. He is transforming what was considered as nothing into something here with BLDV.

I'm not sure why anyone would be so adamant with negative redundant sentiments about what BLDV is trying to achieve for their shareholders. I would lean more to think that everyone should be happy with what Josh is doing for turning around BLDV into something positive. You would have to wonder why would some be hoping for Josh Alper and BLDV to fail? It would appear to me... that all should be happy for Josh Alper to take on this challenge to turn BLDV into a Powerhouse.

What Josh Alper is doing here with BLDV is very special in a very good way and he should be commended.

Josh B. Alper... I salute you!
