"Downteir" events have happened in the past. Company is still progressing towards hemp processing.

I didn't say that this was the first time that HEMP had been downtiered.

If HEMP is progressing towards decorticating hemp and processing the fiber and hurd, where are press releases that talk about the progress on the decorticator, fiber cleaning machinery and the start of reassembly of the MacTavish line?

Instead, we see Bruce showing off a new shredder/grinder that will make 1 inch chunks of kenaf stalk to be milled into a powder comprised of hurd and fiber.

No fiber to sell, and no pure hurd for use in DrillWall and Spillsuck.

Even then, in March HEMP was saying that the shredder would be running by the end of April, and it isn't.
