"Downteir" events have happened in the past. Company is still progressing towards hemp processing.

How about suing the DEA or the DEA standing down? Why is hemp a Schedule I controlled substance? It has zero potential for abuse and has known medical uses. Why is the DEA so dumb? Why is the DEA deliberately hurting American farmers, specifically in NC? Why is Kentucky able to import seed, but not NC? Any thoughts there?

Some may claim the issues are in Bruce's hand, but the real issue is the DEA's interference with the progression of this (State-legal) industry.
