Actually not today. Finishing up a basement remod. Then starting a full gut bath remod next week. Then a kitchen after that. I'm booked through Aug right now.
Actually I'm probably going to make a switch this fall. I've been in biz since 03, but may partner up with two guys I know. One was upper management in a co that sold to Home Depot for $100 mil. They want to sort of remake that biz model here in NY. Start upstate and work down. Then Texas of all places. I'll get 15% ownership and 30% net profits. I think in a year we can do $50k a week on average, prob net about $15k. I make about $4k a week on average now, so I'll be about where I am now in a year with all that upside ahead of me. The model is really nice.
