Zeev - Microsoft told Wave

Microsoft told Wave about NGSCB before they told the rest of the world and made Wave sign an NDA because:

A) they expected Wave to help them develop a competing technology

B) Bill Gates did not want to hurt Steven's feelings

C) Wave has technology and knowledge which were beneficial
