Where do you get your 7,000,000 OS figure from? pinksheets has it at 5,000,000, another site has it at 18,000,000.

Since they don't file, you don't know which is right unless you have the real numbers from the Transfer Agent. The Bank won't give me the TA fax# and the company does not return emails. OS remains a mystery.
