Seymour funneling millions of dollars from the pockets of NNVC investors into Diwan's bank account through the bogus 30% overhead to Theracour is infinitely more newsworthy.
Pump terminator stated that he had a short position when he wrote his article. Anybody reading the article could take that into account, and say, "He's just talking his book." How is this any worse than taking a long position and then touting the virtues of the stock?
Pump terminator proved right about the direction of the stock price. At any time NNVC could have destroyed him and other shorters by getting something significant done. It's not PT's fault that NNVC failed to do so.
I'm not sure. But he was spot on accurate. His prediction for the 80% crash based on an insider spilling the beans was uncannily accurate and those that heeded his warning were spared a disaster. Those buying into the subsequent SA fluff pieces designed to ease their fears have been crushed.
