Pump terminator stated that he had a short position when he wrote his article. Anybody reading the article could take that into account, and say, "He's just talking his book." How is this any worse than taking a long position and then touting the virtues of the stock?
Pump terminator proved right about the direction of the stock price. At any time NNVC could have destroyed him and other shorters by getting something significant done. It's not PT's fault that NNVC failed to do so.
