There were already reports by "the other site" that several of those JVs stated the same thing, that they did not hear from CSHD and were never provided funding and so have moved on...they are not sure why CSHD is still listing them as subs.

When asked about this, Rufus wanted the question in writing. When a shareholder asked him about AISS two days ago after speaking with Mensah, he asked that shareholder to do the same thing, put it in writing. I assume this was some sort of indirect intimidation technique he learned in pump school. Anyway, this shareholder obliged and as of yet, has not heard back from Rufus...

As with most companies like this, this company has failed to disclose the books. There is an imaginary bond here or there, but there is no real accounting. You don’t really need to look too much further.
