I am very pleased to see them pony up some of their own cash. I hope they have a plan for the many more millions of loans coming due in the next couple of months. I will be very happy if they are able to avoid a reverse split and massive dilution, but I'm not counting on it.
I hope Cofer actually has a decent chunk of money on the line now and is working harder than ever to put together a real case against anyone involved in illegal activities to derail the company. I'm glad to see he hasn't bailed as was implied recently and I think his continued involvement bodes well for the company. I'm certainly not happy about the current situation, but their investment does make me feel like they aren't ready to throw in the towel just yet. Hopefully it isn't too little too late.
