Ourstreet, very interesting:

1) Where are the time stamps for the 9/1 emails? There is one for the 8/31.

2) I notice the repsonse you say you received only states a request for you not to publish this information and makes not reference to the Cease and Desist Order including any confirmation of its existence. Yet you call this Authenticity.

3) I find it interesting that the 8/31 email has an Importance and Sensitivity section in their email template, but the 9/1 email does not. Email templates are usally not changed very often, and in particular, over a Holiday weekends.

4) Since you were around all day yesterday, how was it you missed this email until now?

2 September 2006 - We have received confirmation from the Humanitarian & Scientific World Fund that they sent the letter to CSHD and that Rufus is aware of the Cease and Desist order and is attempting to rectify the situation. We recently received this email from the Humanitarian & Scientific World Fund in response to our inquiry.

We did not receive their response until after we had published the order so we were not able to consider their request. We did offer them in a subsequent email the opportunity to make a statement but have not heard back from them. As you can see, this email confirms that HSWF was the source of the Cease and Desist Order we published. Please watch this site for additional developments.

By the way, let Roddy know its Conversion not Convergence. You would think that those who edit the articles before print would have caught this error, at least once out of the five times it shows in the article......
