From what I am reading here, I doubt it very much. That is the next shoe to drop, in my opinion. We have already read a first person account of the conversation where the Dr. disclaims Rufus ownership in AISS. It appears as if the shares will not be issued until the never to be provided funds are deposited in the company. Without AISS.. what is left?? Oh.. right the bonds that will someday .. just not today.. produce all that cash that could solve everyones problem.
When is someone going to ask Rufus.. why he hasn't drawn down those letters of credit he says he has against the bonds so he can fund AISS and the other projects?
