Now you got me thinking, what if the R/S was cancelled because of the share structure and the tiny float? Maybe they just said alright, we will just max it all out and re-file? Possibility?

Wish I knew what the share structure of Canyon Gold was before the merge. Maybe that was in the billions and that was what they were trying to R/S?
