A lot of standard language there from many sub penny OTCs. Not surprising. All it takes is one good PR and none of that matters.

They release this, "Immediate plans include raising the necessary capital to continue the development of the
defense, detection and protection technology and conduct all sales and marketing activities in PSSI"

But wasn't the PR in September they were "Starting production"?

How did they go from production back to development months later?
