awk, I think you are jumping the gun. I think WLOD is trying to figure out stuff about the TAN. But he's discussing the distributed applet developer kit. A different piece of the EMBASSY-E2 structure. More likely he's confused and trying to make sense of stuff.

why are you guys so evasive? you said you've seen or used the development kit. i'm asking which it was, "seen" or "used", and i'm asking what fee you were charged for it.
