What's the history of the shell?

Not if the company who held them got

busted by the SEC so they cannot convert and were banned from doing so. Read Stervc sticky....again...

Let's read Sterling's other post on the subject again:

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=122172166

What, exactly, was going on here? Moaning got TJ Management involved. Stock--a large amount of stock, was issued to TJM free trading, but now that stock is somehow unable to be cleared. (Unless whoever has the cert or certs has finally found a way. That would explain the consistent very high volume of late.)

More incredibly, it seems Sterling and Ken Teknus brokered the transfer of the BLDV shell from Moaning. It appears that back then, Teknus was thinking of asking Tom Parilla to become CEO of the new company. Tom Parilla was CEO of FRTD back when it was suspended, and Teknus was its IR guy. It was a scam. There's even mention of Parilla's sleazy partner Michael Osborn, who's now in the slammer for the second time for his involvement in the Aged Debt fraud mentioned in the post.

It seems Moaning had the good sense to object to Parilla's nomination as CEO of BLDV. But according to the OTCMarkets profile page, Teknus is still a "consultant" to the company.

Obviously BLDV is a dirty shell. If Alper is so smart, why'd he buy it (presumably on Teknus's advice)?

Sheesh.
