You are correct, it wasn't Larry, it was Boshie in the comment section. Larry's site makes it hard to determine authors in the comment section. Larry is far too conservative regarding his valuation. The potential for multiple indications is paramount if DCVax-L succeeds with DCVax-L.

Here is what Larry said in March 2016:

If DCVax-L does succeed in phase 3 and the phase 2 trials of DCVax-L and DCVax Direct are viewed optimistically, the market capitalization could be $5 billion. -- Larry Smith

I think he is extremely low.
