You do relize that not 1 business has to file with the BBB, its something you do on your own as the owner, its nothing more than a set of guidelines you have to follow in order to remain a member, and typically only for retail and service oriented business, an aerospace company wouldnt even be eligible.... is NASA in the BBB HELL NO, find a new argument plz
