Does anyone know if there is a quiet period before the finalization of the merger. Just a thought, but if there is a quiet period and Rufus can't respond to this letter. Then the timing of the letter would be perfect in that there would be no dispute of it from Rufus or CSHD. People would then assume that the letter must be true and the shorts would get exactly what the want. Just another thought.

I see the bashers bashing everything except our-street who won't verify anything. They never seem to ask him to verify, If they are really trying to be a fair financial advisor, they should be demanding the paper trail from our-street.

His answer is ALWAYS the same.. He thinks he is a journalist, and his information is privilaged, or he uses the Confidental a lot too.. By HIDING under a term (you noticed the word I used "term") called Journalist, He thinks he can get away with making remarks that No-One cane verify or justify.. That discalimer he NOW has on his website about getting an email list is a Joke... Obtaining that list does NOT and will not take a court ordered sepona(sp) to get... JMHO... :)

H2omdO, looks like HSM had their own little "Paltalk" with Dr. M. I believe it was validated he was the same as the "BUD" paltalk doctor. Care to apologize to Bud for calling him a fraud and a liar? That would be the Christian thing to do - if indeed you are a true Christian. Also you all seemed to ignore the fact that Hititup (a known long) received a copy of the C/D from NYPOST Boyd. Think there is any chance that Hititup sold his own shares when he received that? You will never know. Who do you trust on these message boards?
