2b, sorry, but if they licensed the four patents they cite as potential patents on which they infringe, why mentioning them as potential IP hazards, they are licensed and thus no hazzard, the four patents they know of (at least) are definitely not patents they have licensed since the s-3 was just published less than two months ago.... there was no news release to that effect since then.
