It is true that 40M shares would be a significant amount to sell via open market sales. However, Barron Partners tries to sell their shares via private sales. See the link below for their sales history:
The more I think about it, however, I think it would take them a two to four months to work through 40M shares in both open market and private sales if that is what is required.
