Could there be some tie between Ken Dart, Kennedy Capital Management and Ronin Capital Management? All these questions must be asked ....especially after seeing Dart Executions LLC has Ronin Capital/Zen Holdings ties....then to Missouri and .... these puzzle pieces just got bigger

I wonder why Ken Dart did not just attempt to take over Peregrine Pharmaceuticals and why Ronin Hedge Group was brought on board in a seemingly well advanced timing of a plan....as share price manipulated downward, reverse split forced upon shareholders, a new team of BODs orchestrated, an Oncologie company newly formed which seemed to tell a story that no one was interested in the IP assets as John Springs Stafford took part in downplaying the IP to shareholders .....and so much more

All we know now is the IP assets were NEVER broadcasted up for a legit open market ....competitive bidder .... Highest bidder ....and maybe the new BODs have kept some things under the radar for good reason...

Problem is that shareholders have never seen the FULL details of the IP asset transfer ....Dart Neuroscience was recently auctioned off with their old used equipment and wonder where some key employees landed after ...

We should all soon see....but it is clear that it is POSSIBLE that we are getting breadcrumbs topped off with enough to keep us happy for now till things get more interesting with Avid Bioservices new contracts to be announced
