The last II holdings is 26.88% and should increase from Q to Q.

Insiders bought 144,445 shares at 2.25 last february...

Large investors are in for I don't know how many % .

RESULT: The FLOAT is DRYING. SP movement will be bigger.

ALSO, the BOD wants to reduce from 500,000,000 to 150,000,000 the authorized share number.

VERY POSITIVE. A lot less dilution... At a 20% discount, 10,000,000 shares gives 50,000,000$ after commission.

We are heading ----->10-12$ then 20$.

Just think what are the conditions to get to a 1.5B market cap...

CDMO is a very dull business BUT the right execution and the right plan will provide Very Good numbers...

The mabufacturing part of PPHM was a clever move cannot understand why the former management did not develop it accordingly.

Now CDMO will expand throught organic and M&A. If they well play their card, we may see large numbers... Do not exclude a 5B market cap in 3-4 years...

Looks to me like Dart was feeling like the rest of us but he had options. His option was to hook up with Ronin a proven winner. After that the best names in the CDMO space all became available and jumped on board. Dart says it is good to be king. So he brings in the most successful the best and the brightest in the CDMO space. Shazam we go from Dewey, cheatem and How, to 18 year winner alla Xencor to take this over and have half a prayer to salvage what was PPHM as it was swirling down the toilet.

All the while maybe he reaches out to the PS community and they put together there own A team and call it Oncologie, private fund it and take the financial burden from PPHM as well. The table is set CDMO and IP in good hands quality people with respect, credibility and skills.

Way to go Dart. take us to the promised land. I Love the idea that Ronin and Dart conspired to take the company and IP from ES and gang and put all the assets where we can do well.
Ronin may not have been a coincidence. Just maybe it was Dart that sent in the cavalry when the ship was going down.
