With respect to this (newer )timeline - 3rd quarter -

"We've been granted a Statement of Capability by the US Air Force for flight-testing, and do expect to begin untethered testing upon the achievement of a 100% defect-free airship, expected during the third quarter,"

I would like to assume that CEO Huff is still a man of his word and will release to the public domain the information he originally said they would disclose (in my previous post). When testing begins, we will know right?

Not sure what you mean - "untethered" testing in the 3rd quarter is not a change; believe the Aug. 20 to 30th timeframe was for the beginning of tethered testing.

tpaero - since when was the Aug 20-30 launch window moved. GTE has not put out anything to change this at all. Many investors here were under the assumption that the 20-30 launch window was still on. In fact on a post on the 28th asking where I was asking about this window, several people posted to me that we still have 2 days left on the window.

While if you read between the lines on some 3rd party articles and correspondences it is apparent that the launch window has changed. Why doesn't GTE come out and set the record straight, real simple, all they have to do is give us a new window, if apparent that another window gets set, just set another, just keep us up to date on what is going on with our investment. Why allow all the confusion, just set the record straight. I do not think that is to much to ask of our well paid executives.
