as far as the courts go, yes its over for shareholders, and it appears mnuchin is no hope as well.

time and time again I've watched as wretched sweeney gave the feds nearly every advantage possible, and the icing on the cake is allowing the Feds to pick and choose which documents are to be released. That right there is the ultimate slap in the face to shareholders. Its also a slap in the face to justice. I'll never understand why so many on this board continue to praise the queen of delay(sweeney)

Every shareholder of fnma should be directing their anger at sweeney, but instead she gets praise.....lol+
