Couple things back:
1) It's a public board so if you don't like replies then don't post or don't read replies
2) I don't know what your acronym FUD denotes
3) And it is frustration with the system as I have suggested since day one there would be intentional delaying in order to either get legislation passed or to effect a wind down date, and that is EXACTLY what's happening

How is my original devoid of facts? Defendants can now selectively choose the documents for release and the plaintiffs can challenge a negative based on the ones they haven't seen but suspect "might" be there. That is partial discovery IMHO.
