Dan also said he's very aware of shorts that have been here for a very long time! My friend said he's very likable and full of energy concerning ADXS. Dan also commented and said that ADXS has a far better pipeline and that our platform and trials were a lot further along when Imclone got bought out! He reinterated that the Bio tech landscape can change very quickly! Kinda makes you wonder what could happen any day? Wouldn't want to be short ... Ibelieve the shorts are very comfortable right now knowing trials will take time and proving out our Lm Platform will take the FDA some more time. Hopefully the EMA will speed up the process for the FDA? We could be bought out at anytime? Dan is working on getting us the best deal he can on AXAL in Europe! Plain and simple! Don't worry things have a way of working itself out!

Good to know they are pulling out all stops to get the EMA application submitted. I will not be surprised to see it submitted before ASCO.
