Agreed Mastiff, if that were the case there would have been no reason for the shelf offering and ATM now. His statement about cash is about as reliable as the company withdrawing the egregious comp package in the 2nd half of 2013 issuing a statement saying they withdrew it because they were committed to aligning management interests with shareholders then Dan turning around and putting it right back on the table in early 2014.
