With that now I sincerely hope Google is on the next list of IP infringers to be sued! I recall the e-mail exchange with Mark that was posted about having to leave Google alone until the legal war chest was replenished. That replenishment should be happening soon IMHO courtesy generous settlements from Trustwave, Duo and Centrify.
