Dr. Bill:
I posted the email I received from Integral Technologies. What you posted was almost correct; I believe the word intact was spelled in tact.
I have suggested since the information is contrary to what QuanStar told me someone might have misspoke.
Do you disagree with my assessment?
================================================================
I'm not in any position to agree/disagree with your assessment.
And I am sure that what I posted was "correct" because it was copy/pasted from an e-mail that I got from IR at Integral on Aug 24th. Here is the whole thing:

Goodmorning,
The Quanstar relationship has not changed and is in tact.
The next filing is the end of Sept. Use our website for filing links www.itkg.net or
www.freeedgar.com or www.sec.gov . I unfortunately can't tell you exact dates of news (rules)
but can tell you we have been working on several licences over this summer period.

I have never seen you post anything here except about spitnickle, and I agree with you about her. She's got an agenda.
I have to assume that ITKG is not lying to me, and I again spoke with IR this very morning, whereby was reassured that he spoke with the CEO, and he too, confirmed that the relationship with quanstar is ongoing. He also stated that indeed, he was with them yesterday. Maybe spittonboy wants to now claim that they're severing their relationship.
My real point, is that when I get an e-mail from IR, it better not be lies, because I will follow with action if they can be proven to be disingenuous. I have 2 emails saying that they are still working together. AND furthermore, it's a non-issue,( except for management credibility IF they are NOT working with quanstar, and it's NOT just a mistake/misunderstanding that the IR person hasn't been in the loop- ie he's lying for some reason) because the quanstar relationship was not that great to begin with.
So
Quanstar?
yes, according to the best knowledge of the IR person, yes
if no, then he just isn't privvy to the information yet, and is likely NOT lying about it (penalties are severe for lying to investors about that kind of thing)
and also if no,
no big deal
righty then?
