Dr. bill, there was no mention of the Quanstar contract being renewed in the 10 KSB!!!

dr. bill, now how do you feel about being lied to regarding Quanstar? I hope that you kept the original e-mail. It will certainly come in handy.

Per dr. bill, "My real point, is that when I get an e-mail from IR, it better not be lies, because I will follow with action if they can be proven to be disingenuous. I have 2 emails saying that they are still working together.
