Well if it was the NY State lottery that came up and I won I would happily leave! lol That wasn't by lottery from what I understand. They look at the customers and decide who paid the least or who isn't a valued customer and that is how they choose. Bull pooppy! They apparently overbook to cover no-shows - it is a guessing game. What they need to do is if they f-up and overbook they should make the offer they did and if no one bites they should keep making the offer bigger until someone budges.
