Absolutely. If I needed to go somewhere and I paid for the ticket and was sitting in my seat and they did that I would have freaked. I would have refused too - and they had absolutely no right to drag him out of that seat - he paid for his seat the same way the guy next to him did - why did they choose him? Shouldn't matter if he paid less for his seat or if he wasn't a frequent flyer.
