The market is digesting the recent run up very well, and waiting to see if any sellers are out there there yet at the bid. So far the last 4 weeks no one has been able to score shares in any volume below the rising ask. These shares under .02 will not last long, once the market sees no sellers left under .02

Next train stop may be .03 or just may be .30 we will know soon.
