Subsequently, the loss of this effect at 6 months was in stark contrast to the DZP effects they initially tried to compare to.

Not sure what to make of this point. As I recall from the CTAD Dec 2016 slides there was dramatic improvement in P300 but point me to the data you are referring to and I am happy to take a look.
