@ace2727 if you call alan I guarantee if you ask him the CGM that MTIA was to submit for clinical trials failed to get concistent readings he will confirm. That's a fact. You could then ask him why they did not make any public update regarding the failure to submit to clinical trials. I am just the messenger informing shareholders the facts that they should be aware off.
@USOB, I will tell you why. Alan has to report to the SEC that he received shares and options as an officer of Echo.
MTIA was not happy with the goldbergs as Directors and they had to leave prior to any funding. They resigned to satisfy MTIA demands for any funding and awarded alan his options and shares believing MTIA was ready to fund Echo.
The kicker is that MTIA was ready to fund about 2 weeks ago and posted previously they asked echo for more information. Upon echo sending the info MTIA currently has not made a commitment to fund as the click winds down.
