@USOB, I will tell you why. Alan has to report to the SEC that he received shares and options as an officer of Echo.
MTIA was not happy with the goldbergs as Directors and they had to leave prior to any funding. They resigned to satisfy MTIA demands for any funding and awarded alan his options and shares believing MTIA was ready to fund Echo.
The kicker is that MTIA was ready to fund about 2 weeks ago and posted previously they asked echo for more information. Upon echo sending the info MTIA currently has not made a commitment to fund as the click winds down.
