110 (the other disti shown is about 90) of which almost
all are retail boxed product sold mainly to small white-box
builders, mom and pop's and through some e-tailers. I would
render a guess that represents about 25-30% of Intel's
processor sales depending on how they classify the white-box
market.
Mike, I guess the point is that when you try to gauge Conroe volumes based on your distributor data, you are really only accounting for a fraction of the market. And further, I would expect that the Conroe ramp is better referenced by looking at the number of actual vendors, rather than seeing the empty volumes and future dates from your list. Would you not agree?
