there are literally thousands of process chemists out there who know infinitely more about it than Diwan.
Given Diwan's complete and total lack of success after 12 years and $80 MILLION spent, investors should be quite worried if the above statement is false. Obviously experience in synthesizing small batches at the bench isn't transferable to successful scale-up. That's why there are chemists in the pharma industry who specialize in doing exactly that.
If Diwan is as good as it gets, and it's impossible for experienced pharma process chemists who have spent their entire careers solving tricky scale-up problems for novel compounds to do better than Diwan, that's hardly a ringing endorsement for this POS.
