Don't know about affinity, just degree of agonism. The two are not fuly related; receptor chemistry/physiology is far too complex for that simple relation of affinity = agonism. As can be clearly seen, donepezil was shown in this research poster to have a higher degree of S1 agonism for these studied effects, under these lab conditions. Btw I am adding emphasis even more liberally here because there are still folks who don't understand the points being made in this discussion and think this is malicious FUD or soft-bashing or whatever. People will jump to conclusions before fully reading posts.
