Nonsense doesn't take a year (and counting) to publicly rebut.

And if it does that is on NWBO and not just Phase V whether or not their claims are nonsense.

I wonder how much money NWBO does not have has been spent on an investigation, the results of which will now come far too late to do any good, assuming they are ever released at all.

Sorry, but you can't pin the entire situation on the lawsuit only nor its perpetrators. It is the collection of attackers you are referring to. I agree there was much more damage done. There should be greater legal recourse in the bigger picture against all perpetrators, manipulators, illegal shorters, authors of false articles,... The lawsuit is only a part of this and if they are proven to be part of the larger conspiracy they should be held appropriately responsible.
