#111107 RE: Doc logic #111096

You seem very confused doc. How do you know 83 patients had not progressed? How do you know when 248 progression events occured? You don't. None of us do. You can take Liau's comments of "progression and um deaths" to refer to PFS. You can take the company saying they were waiting on endpoints last Fall to mean neither one had yet occured. I'm not so easily convinced. Bosch's "pseudo progression wrecks havoc" comment has me thinking the 248 milestone occured much earlier.

When you say "Secondly, GBM requires a slow acting immune response to prevent massive infiltration of immune cells leading to swelling and trauma to the brain" I'm not sure I follow with regard to patients with GTR. Why would a slow acting immune response be necessary or desirable with low tumor burdon? Wouldn't you want an immune response to go to town immediately on any remaining residual tumor cells? You perspective here seems to contradict what you say next with CI's, which would seemingly present more of a concern with regard to swelling.

I appreciate your concern about my ability to remember details. My memory is fine thanks. Fact is, just because you, Flipper, and Sentiment have speculated ad nauseum about the PFS endpoint not being reached until recently, doesn't make it true. I choose not to recite that baseless nonsense, not because I forgot it, but because I don't believe it. I suggest you remember that going forward when you reply to me.
