State courts are also public records. I haven't looked up Yonemura, but if it's available there, I should have no problem sharing the docs. I got the most basic docs for Learner, and did not buy anything that was expensive. Some documents are free, others there is a nominal charge per page, up to a minimal amount. The public site possibly doesn't lay it all out as nicely and organized as the PacerMinotor.com site.

These seem to be the most important and interesting docs. It seems like not much has happened and everyone is ready to settle. Also, they seem to have shared information, agreed to make some information in the original version of the second amended complaint from Yonemura confidential (it no longer exists), and to replace it with a new version of that complaint without certain confidential information. And then they spoke with counsel to the Special Committee and all agreed to defer things until that report, by Arnold & Porter, a very respected law firm. And now, the settlement details are being worked out. It seems done to me, unless something unexpected happens.
