They just got FDA approval. They have been focused on the US FDA approval for the last year. Yes hence things haven't progressed over seas. They also haven't spent much money on marketing. The US alone is 80% of world pain market. That's why they have been focused on the US. GLTA!

Marketing! Marketing! Are we talking about Marketing! What Marketing! There is no marketing here! Someone please explain, how would anyone expect to sell any product, in a big way, without letting people know you have a product to sell? If BIEL doesn't have money on hand for advertising, well, then go out a borrow some. They will get it back in spades with Return-On-Investment. Have these people at BIEL ever heard of Madison Ave.? With the right ad campaign, the most unattractive product can be transformed into the ravishing beauty at the ball. Such that all the young men there are jockeying to dance with her. Now ActiPatch is a clinically vetted, affective product. In this case, a lot of convincing won't be necessary. This product will sell itself; just let people know it's available. Hey! Word-Of-Mouth just ain't going to get it done! Gosh!! My goodness, I hope management has an ultimate master plan to get things going here, but just haven't sprung it yet. But something feels kind of askew here, but what is it? Hmm! Why aren't management doing some basic things to get this company on an upward trajectory? Just don't understand! But hopefully, things will be made clearer in the near future. Let's hope so!
