baloney, yes. DBMM can appeal if judge dismisses. DBMM can't comply with the handing over of shares it doesn't own. Judge obviously doesn't understand how public companies work. go dbmm go

NASDAQ and DOWN JONES way of analysis does not work with $DBMM type plays in pennland. Using DOWNJONES reasoning would cause one to MISS OUT of huge runs with $DBMM type plays.. Where anything goes in pennyland.
