A company in debt to the tune of at least 13M heading to 4.5 billion shares and is delinquent with their SEC filings is worth what??? You can hope and wish and dream but this stock is and has been dead money for years, and it's only getting worse for shareholders like yourself when they R/S and start the process over again.
