#39282 RE: Esyn #39265

With all due respect Esyn...

My resume is not required to post on this board. I have owned shares in the past and my current position is irrelevant. I have been "personally" involved in the "OVERLY PROMOTIONAL" press releases, on the receiving end. I don't like being misled, deceived, or lied to and if I enjoy telling the truth on this board as a result of it, why would anyone object.

I think it is tragic that someone like design333 would have to go through what she has. All Huff would have had to do is manage expectations realistically instead of being the reincarnation of PT Barnum. Looking back at the press releases is comical. Have you ever seen such hyperbole? "World Changing", "Revolutionary", "Paradigm Shift", "Level of excitement", everyone expects some of this but after a point it becomes absurd.

Why didn't he report to the markets that the company was progressing at the rates it actually was. It may have never gone to $5(split adj) but we wouldn't be at 42¢ now either. Where would we be $1.50, $2.00, I don't know, but I do know we wouldn't have lost our credibility either. That is part of a CEOs job, A VERY BIG PART! In a public company where you rely on financing from the market to survive there is a fine line between "realistically" promoting your company and going too far. "But" there is a huge range between promoting your company and turning it into a joke!!!

There was absolutely no need to take this company to the brink and Huff did it anyway.
