I received similar via a phone call. After goving him an ear full, i told him that because they left the investors with nothing, im not going to vote in favor of the deal. Due to the fact he asked me to at least vote either way, that tells me they dont even have enough voters to establish a quorum and have the meeting.
If there is no deal, what is happening to all the revenue for the last 3 months?
