I agree I don't think they have enough votes which you can assume by all the desperate follow ups.

Maybe this is worth getting back into if they have to stay in business? Would it add more value? Do you think they would have to cancel the 15-12g? Were you able to get any questions answered over the phone?

Funny that they gave you a call, I feel left out. They really don't want me venting on them anyway; My 4.5m shares already voted NO.
